Great breakfast selection!

Upon arrival, I am greeted by a warm, cozy ambiance that instantly relaxes me. The location offers remarkable convenience, being close to ski slopes, and having a mini kitchen in my room makes it so easy to unwind after a long day. The in-house restaurant provides delightful meals, with a fantastic lunch that gives this business traveler the energy required for the day ahead.

The breakfast was decent but not as impressive as other places I've visited.

The room was nice and warm, but the shower pressure was weak as! Heaps of variety for breakfast, though. a good stay, but could do better with facilities.

this was my first time at this hotel, and it outshined previous stays in levi. the room was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful view of snow-covered trees from the balcony. the breakfast was exceptional with varied options, including freshly baked croissants and organic juices.

the shower pressure was weak.

Fantastic sauna in the room perfect for warming up after skiing. Plenty of storage options for gear, and I loved the diverse breakfast buffet that had many delicious choices. Staff were friendly and kept everything tidy. 🌟❄️

The reception had limited hours which made late arrivals a bit tricky.

The family room with sauna offered a unique upgrade for relaxing after a long day enjoying the snow, perfect for unwinding in warmth. the hotel provides thermal clothing, a clever touch for managing the cold while heading to and from outdoor activities.

The overall decor felt a bit dated and worn, reminiscent of older motels, which might disappoint those looking for a more modern experience. Room cleanliness was an issue upon arrival, with visible dust and sticky surfaces, and while the communal areas offered social opportunities, they lacked the vibrancy one might hope for, leading to a quieter atmosphere. Noise from neighboring rooms was a frequent interference, particularly at night when whispers became disruptive, affecting sleep quality.

Perfect for a snowy getaway!

Had a fab week here! The room was super cozy, and the heating was spot on for drying wet gear after hitting the slopes. Loved the shared balcony view over the snowy trees. Only thing was the buffet meals got a bit repetitive after a few days, but the bar was a great spot to chill with friends after. Would totally recommend!

Family with kids absolutely loved it

The kids had a blast with the hotel’s small play area, we could actually relax while they played safely, it’s crucial when you’re on holiday. the sauna in our room was a real treat, perfect after a long day in the snow. It was like a warm hug after freezing for hours.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but definitely worth it as the experience was still acceptable.
